Transition and Projection

A theme keeps coming back to me over the last year and only now am I trying to take notes and develop this idea.  As I've transitioned from Production into Training & Education into Production Roasting & Quality Control, my outlook has gained from the new perspective.  It's so easy for me to get tunnel vision.  I am an easy target for epiphanies of scale.  Which makes it all very new every time I have my mind blown by something coffee teaches me or what I read about any of my many coffee heroes.  I am continuously humbled by coffee, which is why I keep digging... more in a bit.
