After blossoms come the fruit, and then the real fun begins!

I have been really busy visiting farms and processing facilities on my quest to find Specialty-level coffee in Vietnam. So much has happened that it's going to take a few days to collect and organize photos and data into blog-able chunks. There will be a lot here soon, from the follow up to the Coffee Sustainability and Outlook Conference, visits to Golden Bell's facility and farm, a Cau Dat farm visit, great new connections and much more. I'm also working on a couple of articles for US coffee publications, along with some upcoming projects. Stay tuned and I promise not to disappoint!
